Abstract

Based on research entitled the role of competency in mediating the relationship between human resource development strategies and improving the quality of services at community health centers in Bandung, the research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires The research target population consisted of 74 community health centers in Bandung City based on data from the Bandung City Health Office. The locations are spread across 30 sub-districts. The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. measurement model (outer model) namely validity test, reliability test, then structural model (inner model) includes: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis test with t-statistic test and indirect effect test indirect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this research are: Human Resource Development Strategy influences the competence of community health centers in Bandung. The Human Resource Development Strategy influences the improvement of service quality at community health centers in Bandung. Competence influences improving the quality of services at community health centers in of Bandung. Competence can mediate the relationship between Human Resource Development Strategy and Improving Service Quality at Community Health Centers in Bandung.
