Issues faced by customers with the services and facilities of hotels dissatisfie them and which adversely affects their revisit intention and leads to negative word of mouth publicity of the hotel. Thus, the present study is focussing on the issues faced with the hotels services with the title “Analysing the issues faced by leisure travelers with the established services and facilities of star category hotels of Indian state of Uttar Pradesh”. Method used to determine the order of problems faced by leisure travelers in the hotels is Relative importance index (RII) method. The findings of the research revealed that leisure travelers faced high service rates followed by cleanliness issues, lack of safety and security procedures and poor staff service quality in star category hotels. The present research has also focussed on difference in problems faced by male and female leisure travelers and single and married leisure travelers.
