This study investigates the Co-creation of MSME entrepreneurs Emotional Intelligence (EQ) geographically to improve business performance and mitigate organization issues (New Normal). Through observational method, 46 respondents (Entrepreneurs) valid responses had been collected. In this study, Co-creation of MSME entrepreneurs Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is positively correlated with company business performance. This study focuses on the Co-creation of MSME entrepreneurs EQ to facilitate flexible business strategy to overcome organizational issues. Main aspire of this research study to focus on the specialized characteristic related to Co-creation of MSME entrepreneurs’ emotional intelligence in workplace (IndCzech) to mitigate organizational issues. The applied research design of the present study is empirical research, and it is analysed through SPSS and SPSS AMOS. Therefore, Co-creation of MSME Entrepreneurs, emotional intelligence is considered for improving the workplace environment to mitigate organizational issues in MSME sector to become new normal.
