The present study concern with effectiveness of HRM Practices in FMCG industry in Karnataka, in this study where the HRM practices are major role in this research. Today’s FMCG industry adopted different kinds of HRM practices and also they trying to get implementation. HRM practices are helps to understand the employee’s present scenario and it can also change the employee’s productivity level and increase organizational growth. In this research where 120 employees are taken out of 80 employees and using sample random sampling method where quennaire distributed to employees get to their feedback. Descriptive study is used and both Primary and secondary data tools are used for collecting the data. And this study also focuses on how HRM practices helps to develop overall performance and type of HRM practice imparted their knowledge to employees. Based on the findings of the study, there is an impact of HRM practices on employee performance in the FMCG industry. Since this industry is changing rapidly and require more HRM practices to employees and this will help in increasing the productivity level of the employees.
