Abstract

Indonesia has show his commitment to The UN Anti- Corruption Convention with ratified UNCAC through Law Number 7 of 2006. With ratification that, then Indonesia has obligation to implement UNCAC articles. One of The rule in Law Number 7 of 2006 is to avoid or prevent collision interests in the organization Both central and regional governments. Collision interest tend cause behavior corruption and taking detrimental decision _ interest public.
