This research aims to shed light on the intellectual property rights laws in Jordanian law related to the protection of artificial intelligence applications, which has become an integral part of intellectual property rights, as artificial intelligence has become an undeniable effective element as a result of the recent technological development, and has begun to compete with property elements on artificial rights in this regard. In this study, we raised a question related to the problem of intellectual property laws in terms of their adequacy to guarantee the protection of artificial intelligence. To explain this, this research was divided into two axes. In the first axis, we discussed the concept of artificial intelligence and its legal nature. In the second axis, the protection established for artificial intelligence through intellectual property laws. It was then concluded that intellectual property laws do not provide complete and comprehensive protection for artificial intelligence applications by comparing them.
