The present study is focused on enhancement of strength and stiffness parameters of the subgrade soil by stabilizing it with fine Recycled Asphalt Pavement Material (RAPM) of varying proportion from 0 to 25 percent. Basic laboratory tests are carried out on selected subgrade soil and RAPM and based on results of basic laboratory tests. The selected subgrade soil was classified as per Indian Standard Soil Classification System (ISSCS) and Chosen RAPM was identified as per Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). The soil-RAPM mixes of designated combinations are subjected to soaked California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Repeated Load Triaxial Test (RLTT) to examine soaked CBE values and Resilient Modulus (MR) respectively. Improvement in soaked CBR values and MR of soil-RAPM mixes was noticed and also the effect of RAPM content on soaked CBR value and MR presented in this paper. The soaked CBR values and MR of selected subgrade soil mixed fine RAPM extract from this study can be used in the design of pavement subgrade.
