Abstract

The study aims to investigate the mediating role of research ethics (RE) in the relationship between artificial intelligence characteristics (AI) and knowledge application (KA) at Jazan University. It used descriptive and analytical methods, employing a questionnaire for data collection. A total of 253 questionnaires were distributed, with 253 valid responses returned, representing 76% of the sample size, several statistical methods have been used. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between artificial intelligence characteristics (AI), research ethics (RE), and knowledge application (KA). These results highlight the importance of research ethics in enhancing knowledge application. The study recommends exploring different dimensions of artificial intelligence characteristics (AI) alongside various dimensions of knowledge application in future research.
