This research aims to determine the impact of strategic intelligence - its five dimensions (foresight, systems thinking, future vision, partnership, and motivation) on organisational sustainability, specifically through its economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a purposively selected sample of 102 administrative leaders working at AL-ETIHAD Food Industries Company in Iraq, a leading and reputable company in the food sector. The researchers calculated regression coefficients to measure relationships between variables using structural modelling equations in SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 26. The results showed a statistically significant positive effect of strategic intelligence on organisational sustainability at the 5% level. The findings provide a foundation for leaders to develop strategic intelligence practices that guide employees toward organisational sustainability, improve the work environment, enhance economic efficiency and social cohesion, and encourage commitment to sustainable environmental practices in food industry organisations. The research provides empirical evidence in the food industry in a country like Iraq, thus strengthening the relevant literature in other emerging countries.
