Abstract

This descriptive study determined the compliance, competencies, and practices of 390 student affairs and services practitioners in the state universities and colleges. The study utilized the mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson r. Findings revealed that practitioners had very high compliance and competencies, and outstanding practices. SUCs with level 4 status and those from state universities had higher-level competencies and better practices. The type of SUCs and SUC leveling contribute to a higher level of compliance, competencies, and practices of student affairs and services practitioners.
