This study investigated that the employees are satisfied with their works and pays received by them .Here we go through the Magna Chemicals Manufactures private limited. There we came to know the satisfaction of job done by the employees of magna chemicals manufactures private limited company. Job satisfaction leads to a positive ambience at the work place and is essential to ensure the high revenues of the organization. We discover their quality of work and absenteeism in their job it helps us to know their mentality about their works, subordinates and management. To know that their works help them to uplift their carrier and whether they are fully utilized by their work. This study based on the primary data we have collected from the 50 respondents. We understand the relationship between employees and the management, relevant information are collected through face to face interview with 25 questionnaires from 50 respondents. Here we have used some tools to analyse the data which we had collected they are descriptive statistics. From the deep study of impact of job satisfaction on workers’ productivity we came to know that all employees are somewhat satisfied with their work and their pay, company have to consider their work progress for appraisal and consider their opinions thus in turn it encourages the employees of a company both skilled and unskilled workers are done their job at their best it leads to improve productivity and turnover of a company.
