In this note we discuss the subspace Hexa graph topological space using the Hexa graph topology H on a subgraph K of G .which will allow for further exploration of the Hexa graph theoretical approach to subspace Hexa graph topological space such as H-open graphs, H-closed graphs, H-complement of G . Further we join between Hexa graph topological space and minimal dominating sets of a graph G and some types of separation axiom on minimal dominating set of G are studied.
